1.学校与学院简介

西安交通大学是教育部直属的全国重点大学,是首批进入“985工程”“211工程”和“双一流”建设高校名单的重点建设高校。

管理学院始建于1928年,拥有国家级重点学科与世界级国际认证(AACSB认证,QS五星商学院)。

在工商管理和管理科学与工程领域具有雄厚的科研实力和国际声誉。


2. 招聘岗位

职位名称:市场营销助理教授(准聘-长聘轨)

招聘人数:2名

研究方向:营销领域所有方向均欢迎,特别是:数字营销、消费者行为、人工智能与营销、可持续营销、营销建模、计量与因果推断等方向。


3. 任职资格

申请人需具备以下基本条件:

  • 已获得市场营销或相关学科博士学位,身心健康

  • 具有扎实的研究能力,在国际一流期刊发表或有高质量工作论文(如FT50或UTD24)

  • 具备良好的教学能力,有商学院课程或高管教育教学经验者优先

  • 具有国际化视野,能够进行英文授课


4. 岗位职责

  • 发表高质量学术研究成果,积极申请科研项目

  • 讲授本科、硕士、博士等课程(可中英双语授课)

  • 指导学生论文与参与学术建设

  • 推动学术交流、参与学院管理工作


5. 薪酬待遇与支持

首聘期:4年

年薪构成:

  • 基础年薪40万起

  • 五险一金(单位缴纳)

Position Description

Rank: Assistant Professor of Marketing

Number of positions: 2

Field: All areas of Marketing are welcome. We particularly encourage applications in:

  • Consumer Behavior

  • Digital Marketing

  • Artificial Intelligence & Marketing

  • Sustainable Marketing

  • Marketing Analytics / Modelling

  • Causal Inference & Marketing Strategy


Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • A PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline (completed or expected by August 2026)

  • Demonstrated potential for high-quality research and publications in top-tier journals

  • Teaching experience at the university level (English instruction is preferred)

  • Evidence of academic service, project management, or student supervision is desirable


Responsibilities

  • Conduct and publish high-quality academic research

  • Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and/or doctoral courses (English or bilingual)

  • Supervise student research and contribute to curriculum and program development

  • Participate in academic service and school-wide activities


Compensation & Benefits

First Employment: 4 years

Annual salary: Starting from CNY 400,000 (pre-tax), plus performance bonuses

Other benefits:
